Download Game from PC to xbox 360

I have a gold membership and I'm trying to download the game from my pc, since I don't have my Xbox near, but I can't download it for free, Why doesn't the page recognize the gold membership?

I no longer have my 360 as I traded it in when I got my Xbox one. I would like to know if its possible to download my saved games from the cloud for my 360 games as Ive found a tool that can convert Mass Effect saved games from 360 to PC so I can play it
on my PC where I left off.

Sorry, it's not possible to be logged into Games for Windows LIVE on the PC and on the Xbox 360. If you wish to download something on the console you'd need to finish that download. If you attempt to sign into Games for Windows LIVE on the PC you'd get signed
out of your Xbox 360 and the game download would be paused.

No error at all. Just can't do it. Need to pay.

 

Are you using a gold trial (2, 7, or 14 days) or on a child account?

 

no. A 12 month xbox live gold membership.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us and keeping us posted! We suggest making sure the account that owns the game is signed in to our Xbox App since the Pc doesn't register or need Xbox live Gold the Microsoft account that owns the game has
to be signed in to download it. Give it a shot or
Request a Callback from one of our Xbox Live Specialists to make sure this isn't a licensing issue!!

Have you already tried maybe signing out of your profile and then signing back into it?

I would try that following the steps outlined on our page entitled
How to sign in to the Xbox app on Windows 10

and see if that helps in resolution of the issue.

Which game are you trying to claim?

 

The xbox app just offers the xbox one games... and I'm a 360 user..

 

Try going to Hitman: Blood Money

Are you able to get the game for free there? Just make sure you are signed in with an account that actually has a Gold membership!

 

It's the same place I'm trying to get it from. And yes, I'm signed in the account with the gold membership.
