Download from live

I have a scratched xbox 360 cod:black ops II disc which is recognized as such but loads textures wrong and all that glitching. Installing always gets stuck at 13% from the disc. Since i can prove to the machine i have the disc recognized every time, can
i install it from xbox live instead of thd disc and still only pay for the disc and put it in every time?

I assume you download it from within GHIII and not the marketplace on xbo live?

 

No. You would have to purchase it from Live in order to download it from Live.

 

Or you could borrow a copy of the game from a friend to install on your console.
