Download from live stopped in 39%

I buy Call of Duty Advanced Warfare to download from Live. The download stopped in 39%. I uninstall and try new

installation, but it stop in 39% again. I don't know what I do now. Sorry bad English.

good night I want to report a problem with a download update of the game of gears of war 4 for xbox one the problem is that when the update is in 39% send me a message saying that the download stopped and gave a full review
to the wireless network and my live xbox service that I can do in these cases

Ok its at 65% now @ 10:39 pm and I've tried truing off the WiFi and that just stops the game from installing? Its like its fucking downloading and installing the game off the fucking MS store/internet even though I bought the game on a fucking DISC and am installing it that way?!

I am having the same problem. Mine got to 55% and then stuck there for 2 days. I then cancelled download. Cleared my alternate MAC address & persistent storage like suggested by tech support. Restarted my download. It seems to be working but now what's happening
is, my download is on 30%, i update an app, my CoD download goes back to 25%. it's driving me *** crazy!

 

I don't cleared MAC adress or did something else. I only restarted three times. On the fourth attempt the download was finally completed. Sorry bad english.

Nothing on the 360 to even complain about for me!!!!!

 

Mine was pre-ordered and fully installed to 100 percent.

Then, when I went to launch the game this morning it started "updating" from 0-100 again, currently on 27% after 3 hours!!!!

Someone *** up, pre-orders normally download a small file and then they just go, this thing is re-downloading the whole game.

 

The same thing happened to some people on Reddit. Honestly, I just can't believe this is happening. -.-

 

mine got to 100 and i had to uninstall and redownload iits a joke i want my money back i pre ordered for the day zero but it takes a day to download so i want my money back

 

Contact support and request a refund. This is completely unacceptable.

 

Hi I'm currently downloading advanced warfare and its only at25% my internet speed is about 12mps and its been on for 5and a half hours and don't think it's going tobe ready for midnight any ideas why ??

 

The download itself is extremely slow. It took me 3 hours to download and I have 50mbps down. Plus its also happening to halo MCC now. If your download gets stuck guys just pause it. Then unpause it. No need to restart the whole download
