Download Forza Horizon 4

Yesterday I bought Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate edition, but I can't download it. I paid the costs but nowhere on my account can I found that I bought the game. Can someone help me out with this?

Did you download a game and it is not showing up?

Or are you referring to Forza Horizon 4. If it is Forza Horizon 4 you still need to go and down load it. The betas does not automatically download the new game.

I recently downloaded Forza Horizon 4 free with the Xbox game pass. If after my month expires I choose to get Forza Horizon 4 on disk, will my progress save from the digital copy to the disk copy?

I have the same issue with Forza Motorsport 7 Deluxe edition!

This morning (25-11-2018) I bought Forza Motorsport 7 Deluxe edition, but also I cant`t downoad it.

I paid the costs but nowhere on my account can I found that I bought the game. Can someone help us out with this?

 

The game is visible at the xbox when viewing the games I have bought, but then when I go to the store to download the game I have only the option to buy it again!

 

The game is not in my purchase history. It looks like I never bought it, but I did.

 

Double check your payment method to ensure that what it is showing debited corresponds to the game amount. Also check you haven't pre ordered a game, as this amount would only be taken, roughly 10 days prior to release. If it corresponds, then you will

The game isn't preordered and the debited corresponds exactly with the amount of the game. I'll try with the support.

 

Is it showing in your console installed game list? If you are looking for the extra DLC highlight the game in your listand select manage game & add ons. Also are you shore you purchased the delux version, do a search via the console just for Forza 7 and
see which shows installed

 

Is there any way I can talk to someone of Microsoft? The support site doesn't give a solution and I can't find a way to get contact with Microsoft.

 

Remove your account from your Xbox, do a Power Cicle and download your profile again, this may work

 

Tried that, but it doesn't work. Is it possible that the store just doesn't know I bought the game, because nowhere on my account it says that I bought the game.
