Download For Xbox One is broken need help or solution

I am currently downloading final fantasy 15 with gladio add on and battlefield 1. every time I download those game or add on together, it wont focus in a single file. FF15 has 33%, Gladio Add-on has 20%, and BF1 has 10% and its the reason why its taking
forever to download, so I have to keep switching or canceling the other download so it can focus at one at a time. Anyone has a solution for this or its part of the update we have to live with?

try to play with your controller on another xbox

if your controller is broken then no one can help you and you need to repair or buy new one

 

TV doesn't show image when Xbox is on.

Ok so no signal "usually" means either the video cable or HDMI in your case is broken or the video port in your T.V is broken. The best solution would be to switch out HDMI cables by replacing the one your using with another one and if that still doesn't
work then try a different T.V. Also, the power light on the big power brick should be green when you turn the xbox on NOT RED. If it is then you probably have a broken power brick or it might not be plugged in all the way. Make sure everything is tight and
not loose. If all these solutions don't work then sorry to say but it might be your xbox video port itself that is broken which would need to be repaired. Good luck and hope your xbox works!

 

Hey there Zarikota,

Are you saying that the games are all downloading simultaneously? When I try to download multiple titles, it downloads one and then queues the rest. Are you in the Xbox Insider program? Is this something that you just recently started having trouble with?
