Download errors bc of billing?

I recently purchased another xbox and have been trying to purchase games and dlc online. All of my info is correct and up to date, but it is not letting me download anything. After three days of trying, and failing, I'm quite fed up. I've made sure all
my billing and payment options match, I've updated my paypal. it has just recently locked me out of my account.

I cant play rainbow six vages 2

So i just download this game and for some reason i cant play it bc it said the disc need clean it pretty much has the same error when you got a disc inside but it no disc it downloaded. Why is it saying that error tht i got a disc insside what could i do for it can work.

I think you mis-read. They confirmed that MW3 and Oblivion were listed a BC in error. They may come in the future, but they have in no way been confirmed or announced to be coming to BC.

Here it says it was confirmed by error. Several places posted it was coming next, I believe even Major Nelson tweeted it then retracted.Click to expand... I think you are mis-reading yet again. It says that Major Nelson confirmed they were listed as BC in error on the Black Friday sale page. That's not the same as being confirmed to be BC in error.

Sorry to hear it. Are you getting an 8 digit error code when you try to purchase items from the console? If so, please post it for further assistance.

If you believe the issue could be billing related then you can double check at commerce.microsoft.com. If there is nothing shown but you still believe it as so then give phone support a call as only they can deal with billing issues. If you live in North
America then dial 1-800-469-9269

Keep in mind your console region langusge region and account region must reflect your actual location to download bc titles including games with gold

Thats why you are facing the error everytime for bc titles when selecting english

Thanks but I dont know if it was canceled or refunded bc there is no visible transaction detail.

Yet I've been debited and allowed to download the game.

Lemme wait for the download to finish and see if the error persists.

Installation offline yields the same response. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Are you able to install any other BC games? Curious if it's just that game or all BC games causing the error.

Other BC games, such as Gears of War 2 and 3, and Halo Reach work fine on the Xbox and I experienced no problems downloading them. New Vegas gives the same error on both my Xbox and my friend's Xbox, leading me to believe that the problem is with the game
and not the console.

On a 14 days trial, backward compatible games are not included, you need at least the monthly one to be able to download BC games for free:
