    Download error


    I purchased the destiny, Call of duty infinite and modern warfare bundle, when it came downloading destiney installed fine but both call of duty's are not installing and coming up with error come 0x87E10001. Any help would be appreciated.

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Greetings, pcaruba! Sorry to hear you're having difficulty downloading this content. Is that the exact error message you receive or does the download stop at a particular percentage mark? Is this the first time you are attempting to download the content
    or were you able to download it at a previous point in time? Thanks for the clarification. Standing by. :)

    Ohh.. forgot to mention, when it's at 10%, it goes back to 0% and so forth about.. 3 times.

    Usually when you submit those forms, you get a confirmation page followed by a confirmation email. Refund requests can take up to 48 hours to complete.

    If you did not receive any email confirmations, I would suggest going over to
    Xbox Customer Support     and request a refund through one of our billing support agents.
