    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Hello,

    I'd love to give assistance, but I am not quite sure I understand what you mean.

    To confirm are do you mean Your xbox is not allowing you to download Free games with Gold, and when you attempt to download the game, within minutes it says the download is complete, but has not downloaded anything?

    Sometimes this can be a problem with System Cache or Incomplete Files/Corrupt Files.

    At this time I am just guessing that is what you meant, so I will go with that, please check below for the steps in trying to solve this issue.

    Go to Settings > System > Storage > Click on Hard Drive > Press "X" on your controller to bring up delete suggestions. (This will bringup all the files stored on your Hard Drive) Delete any Corrupt or Incomplet files on your Hard Drive, easily found by having
    a Yellow alert icon next to the file name. Once all corrupt or incomplete files are removed please go back to Settings > System > Storage (This time, do not click it, instead highlight it and press "Y" on your controller to bring up Device Options. Then go
    ahead and clear system cache, and once you have done that, give your Xbox a Reboot/Restart

    Once your Xbox has loaded up again, try download the game you was trying to download, and provide a follow-up if this did not solve your issue!

    Greetings, pcaruba! Sorry to hear you're having difficulty downloading this content. Is that the exact error message you receive or does the download stop at a particular percentage mark? Is this the first time you are attempting to download the content

    Usually when you submit those forms, you get a confirmation page followed by a confirmation email. Refund requests can take up to 48 hours to complete.

    If you did not receive any email confirmations, I would suggest going over to
    Xbox Customer Support     and request a refund through one of our billing support agents.
