Ohh.. forgot to mention, when it's at 10%, it goes back to 0% and so forth about.. 3 times.

Usually when you submit those forms, you get a confirmation page followed by a confirmation email. Refund requests can take up to 48 hours to complete.

If you did not receive any email confirmations, I would suggest going over to
Xbox Customer Support and request a refund through one of our billing support agents.
