    I received a code for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Beta when I redeemed the code it had began a download. The download completed in 5 seconds but now there is no game in my games and apps, also there is no game in my ready to install. Can anyone help
    me figure out what has went wrong? Please and thank you.

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Thanks for posting on the forums!

    Could you please try going to Store on the Home, then going to Search, and typing in "Gears".

    Let me know if you can find it that way or not! Download Error :)

    Greetings, pcaruba! Sorry to hear you're having difficulty downloading this content. Is that the exact error message you receive or does the download stop at a particular percentage mark? Is this the first time you are attempting to download the content
    or were you able to download it at a previous point in time? Thanks for the clarification. Standing by. :)

    Ohh.. forgot to mention, when it's at 10%, it goes back to 0% and so forth about.. 3 times.

    Usually when you submit those forms, you get a confirmation page followed by a confirmation email. Refund requests can take up to 48 hours to complete.

    If you did not receive any email confirmations, I would suggest going over to
    Xbox Customer Support     and request a refund through one of our billing support agents.

    Let us know if you're able to get connected to a representative.
