    Download error


    I bought the game on Friday and when would put to download, came in 36% and began to give "interrupted installation", no matter the time, cable or wireless connection, always gave the same thing. I tried to uninstall and install again and again
    to repeat the mistake. I tried to change the Xbox language to English and the location for US and uninstalled and installed again, the download came in 48% and the error again

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Greetings, pcaruba! Sorry to hear you're having difficulty downloading this content. Is that the exact error message you receive or does the download stop at a particular percentage mark? Is this the first time you are attempting to download the content

    Usually when you submit those forms, you get a confirmation page followed by a confirmation email. Refund requests can take up to 48 hours to complete.

    If you did not receive any email confirmations, I would suggest going over to
    Xbox Customer Support     and request a refund through one of our billing support agents.
