Download error when I try to install games with the xbox app

Hello, i entered your error code in the error code lookup and this is what I got

Error 87E0000F occurs when downloading a game or app on Xbox One

You see the following error code when you try to download and install a game or app through Xbox Live to your Xbox One console:

87E0000F

Solution

Solution 1: Restart the download

To resolve this issue, try restarting the download:

1. From the Home screen, select My games & apps.
2. Select Queue from the options on the left side.
3. Highlight the game or app you are trying to download, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
   
4. Select Resume Installation.

Solution 2: Try to install the game later

Cancel the installation and try again after a couple of hours. The server may currently be too busy or having connection issues.

I tried changing my install location and it didn't help

My Window version is 21H2

Updating didn't do anything, neither did updating things in the Microsoft Store

My NAT-Type is Open
