Download Error now unable to Redeem Code

I just purchased an Xbox 360 and had a redeem code for a free game. After setting up the system and account, I entered the code to download the game. However, the download never began. I backed out and ended up cancelling the download. Now I do not have
the game downloaded and when I try to re-enter the code it tells me the code is no longer valid. My Wi-fi connection must have been good because I downloaded an update at setup. Can anything be done to reactivate the code to try again?

In the process of redeeming a code for a game bundle we cancelled the download. Now we are unable to redeem the code. Help

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Where did you receive the code? What's the specific error code and error message you receive? Could anyone have accessed the code and redeemed it before you got a chance to redeem? If you are receiving an error that the code is redeemed, unfortunately we are
unable to assist as we're unable to replace codes over the forums.

If the code was unable to be redeemed, and then you tried to redeem it again and it says that it was already used, I'd check your Download History to see if the content is tied to your account now.

Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 016000
