    Download doesn't complete


    None of my games will complete in the download after they reach a certain percentage. I have tried everything like hard shutting it down and going offline, checking updates, etc. I don't know how to fix the issue anymore.

    Can't download on 360

    This means it doesn't download completely and doesn't run. Most of the time, this problem occurs around 80% of the download. And it gives the error can't download.

    Hi,

    The Xbox App doesn't download the games on its own, it's merely a portal to get the games to download from the service. All downloads are completed via the Windows Store. You can pause or cancel downloads from there.
