    Download does not appear ...


    I purchased two DLC for Borderlands.

    They are oder numbers 568016509688196124 and 568016509688068450.

    I ordered them out of the application but they do not appear in the download list ...

    After some research in the Internet It might be that the versions are not compatible ... PEGI vs. local edition ...

    How do I get the right DLCs for the Game I am using (I can't even find out which version it is which is installed on my xBox One) or at least a refund, when there is no way of installing them correctly.

    Netflix does not appear

    Netflix was downloaded on mine but wont work. I deactiviated it at netflix.com and try to reactivate it and now it wont work at all!!!! I need to know how to redownload or need a new activation code.

    Usually DLC's dont go to the download list. Did you tried to go to the Borderlands and select "Manage Game" on your games list and then scroll down to ready to install?

    Also there ... nothing ... I rechecked a minute ago since I was not sure whether I checked there as well ... but nothing there either.

    No uninstalled updates, no game extensions ... nothing.

    So the best is to contact Xbox Support use the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
