Download could not be completed

i hate this bs like you im trying to get gears of war also have 3 games i paid for just sitting in my downloads after 12 hours or so a game gets to 60% and sorry can not be completed its pure bs why do they offer the feature to download stuff online if they
dont download ?

International laws includes jailtime in some regions for such violations germany is one country with such severe laws on certain content in games

You need to keeo the download screen active while downloading

You cant exit and browse the dashboard and it should complete

I had the same problem, my games wouldn't download and just say "couldn't download ..." I've found that if you stay on your active download screenshot that the download will work (atleast for me) so keep the active download screen open and your download
might come through.
