    download code for ultimate edition not working


    The product code was for the gears of war 4 ultimate edition. Under my games it only shows the regular version of the gears of war 4 . NOT the ultimate version which is gold. Best Buy says to bring the whole thing back in ..however they cant sell it like
    that and microsoft losing out .so why cant Microsoft/Xbox just fix my account and give me the correct thing in which i purchased. I paid over 500$ for this whole thing, it would be much easier to just have this fixed. Yes the code says Ultimate version well
    my console says The regular version. Lets me logical here and fix the issue the easy way. Origin and Steam has fixed games very easy for me when i play on their consoles why is this such a fight with Microsoft. I have totally set up this console i don't want
    to have to return it.

    It's listed that way in the marketplace as kind of a placeholder. It's only available for download by using the code that comes with the Ultimate Edition of the game.

    The page still says that people who purchase Gears of War Ultimate Edition/ Ultimate Deluxe edition will get the games. I have not received mine either. Also, there should be a disclosure telling buyers that there will be a delay on game codes from the date
    of purchase. The page gives the impression that the game codes will be accessible/downloadable upon purchase.

    There should have been a pamphlet with GOW on the cover. On the back you'll need to scratch off the code for the GOW Ultimate Edition version. Input that code in the Xbox store and it'll download.
