Download code for Fallout3 - ref.1[Mod removed]

Hi there,

I have a code for Fallout3, coming from a bundle with Fallout4, but when I try to redeem it, I get an error message. I contacted twice the customer care, they tried to replace the code but even the new one doesn't work. You can find the request reference
number in the subject

If you filed an unauthorized access investigation because of a stolen account, no one here will be allowed to tell you anything regarding it. They do not release any info before the case finishes and they will only give that info to the owner of the account.

I personally would remove that SR number from your post because even something that simple can be used against you. Any random person could call support and say, "hey I have this SR about my account being stolen. Can you give me an update? Oh the info
on the account? Well it was all changed when he stole it, so I don't know what he changed it to."

i wanted to see if i can get an update on this complaint? my account was hacked by a so called friend of my son? all information has been given to xbox via a phone call? Thanks in advance

Can you please clarify what error code you're getting when you try to redeem the game? Keep in mind if you're currently using a cross-region account you may run into trouble redeeming content. We recommend keeping the region of your account set to your physical
location to avoid issues like this.

I bought the game in Ireland and I have Ireland as region, but actually I live in Malta and this country is not supported by XboxLive. Do you think this could be the issue/

Hey IoResisto!

That is indeed the issue that that error code details. Unfortunately since this involves an unsupported region, unfortunately there is not a solution we can provide. You must physically be located in the region your account is set to (in this case Ireland)
to avoid that error.
