    Hi,

    I bought my kids the HALO 5 pack for xmas. It came with a download code. The anti privacy cover also took off half the code. Any ideas?

    Preview invite is still pending and no halo 5 code!!!

    I received the 2 codes for the game however upon opening up the beta, it says I have to wait until the 29th. Is there anyway to have my invitation code re-authorized? I believe it may have gotten messed up during the download due to the download restarting.

    You would need to speak with the retailer to see if they can help you out, there's not much we on the forums can do for you unfortunately.

    Hi. Is this definitely all that can be done or can Microsoft give you a new code? Had exactly the same issue (also with Halo 5)!

    We also purchased the Xbox1 Halo 5 and half the code came off when opening which is destroyed now. We purchased at JB HIFI they said we needed to contact Microsoft so we chatted and they said we need to go to JB.... Seriously not good enough!!!! Spent
    a fortune on a new Xbox and there is no support at all!!!!! We just want a new code and that's it!!!! Must be faulty if its not just us!!!!

    0x8082000c on Timeshift for the Xbox 360

    That error code is related to the disc driving having issues, so it may have been damaged during the move.
