Download Cancelled?

I bought Bioshock because it was on sale in Deals With Gold. However, it downloads 4% and stops. A few minutes later a bybble comes up saying "download cancelled". It has nothing to do with my connection as xblive is fine and wvwey other device is fine.
Please help.

Change the download order on the Xbox One

Hi Faction, you can't reorder but you can pause a games download so you can move the game you want to be download first to the top. Simply go to my games and apps, from their you want to go over the game currently being download and hit the menu button on your xbox one controller. From their you can hit pause download to stop that game from being downloaded. Then the Xbox One will move on to its next downloadable game.

 

Downloadable games?

I did check a couple of times and I noticed that there isn't any difference on the price whether it's a downloaded game or the physical disc. Sorry pal. no luck on the prices. You can try checking on it from time to time. Possibly after the holiday season things will get cheaper.

 

Does your account region match your actual region if not that would be why

 

I live in Canada under a Canadian account so yes it does match

 

There were issues with downloading purchased items from the marketplace this weekend. Perhaps you're still feeling the effects of that. Try turning off the console and power cycle your modem/router but unplugging it for 10 seconds to see if that helps.
