What error do you get? If you are on PC, try logging out of the EA Desktop app and logging back in with your Xbox account in the options below, then try downloading the game again.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with joining online matches on Battlefield V. Are you able to join matches in any other multiplayer games? You may want to try

reinstalling Battlefield V to troubleshoot any software errors.

Hey Josh,

Thanks for your post. In order to redeem the 10 hour trial, be sure to log into the EA Access application, on there, an option should be available to download Battlefield V. It should then recognize your BFV installation, or install it for you.
