    I've had an issue for a week now trying to download multiple games I already own. It all started with an update to COD Warzone that kept stopping for no reason. Went through forums, said to uninstall, clear local saved games, turn off xbox, unplug power,
    and try to reinstall, failed.

    Another forum suggested a soft factory reset and to install to internal HD, failed.

    Tried talking with an "expert" gamer that was literally copy and pasting what the forums said without reading what I had already told, having me repeat the same steps I had tried 20 times before, failed.

    Tried talking with an xbox specialist, they told me to try again in 24 to 48 hours, failed. Emailed back, got told to try again in another 48 to 72 hours, pretty ridiculous at this point. It's been a week trying to download and install games that I own because
    I was told to hard factory reset and remove all apps and games, failed still.

    All things I've tried:

    Uninstall and reinstall

    Multiple Soft factory reset

    Multiple Hard factory reset

    Clear local saved games

    Clear MAC address

    Completely reset router to factory defaults

    Tried multiple private IP addresses

    Power cycled modem and router

    Installed game pass games I've never had successfully

    Tried different ports

    Tried installing from every location available

    Multiple xbox one power cycles

    Basically, all games I owned prior to this issue will not redownload and install. Can anyone help?

    How can I play all games install game without disc?

    To install and play a game you own on Disc (even backwards compatible games on Xbox one) you need to insert the disc, install it and have it in the console the whole time you want to play it.

    This is different if you own the game digitally (not on disc).

    If you are talking about the game you own on disc but don't have, you will have to get the disc and insert it to play. There's no remote installing if you don't have the disc in and if you don't own the digital copy.

    ---------------------------

    If you own the game digitally and it's backwards compatible (or an Xbox one game) please go to My Games and Apps > Ready to Install and find your game and install it.

    If you own the game digitally on Xbox 360 please go to Settings > Account > Download history and download the game again.

    The game should be in your ready to install section of your own games in your game library. Scroll down the list of owned games, and select the game, and start the installation. If the game does not show, then find the game in the store, and select the
    install button. The game should then start to download.

    The game I ordered has not come through on to my xbox

    Even if the game didn't start downloading on its own you should be able to install it from your Games and Apps. It should be listed under Ready to Install. You can also check the game in the Xbox store and it should say that you own it and can install
    it from there.

    how to no longer own a game even if you uninstalled it

    One you buy a game or download a free game to own and uninstall it. It will stay in owned games and no you cant permanently delete the game after you installed it once.
