Download age restriction

I was going to download a game on the PC Xbox app, which was on the Xbox game pass. It came up with a message saying that "This is rated above your Restrictions", which is very odd because I never set any restrictions, just the day before I was able to download a game that was rated a 16, but the game I was currently attempting to download was a 12. There's also the fact that I didn't make any mistake while making the account either since I used my real birthdate which should mean I should have no problems downloading any game since its set to over 18. I've also tried looking in the settings to see if there was anything where you could set an age restriction or anything and was wondering if I had accidentally set one.

Clicked on "Edit Day of Birth"

Fill out the info (even if current DOB on account is correct) & submit

Open up Game Pass app on PC, log out of account

Sign back into account

If it's paid content, make sure your parental controls allow M rated content. If it's free content, you have to wait until you're 18 and can promote your account to an adult account.

You cannot download the bf4 beta if you are under the age of 18. EA uses it's own servers and have put an age restriction on those that are rated 18. Sorry.

Wouldn't really work due to the amount of kids who lie about their age when starting an account so they can download age restricted content etc.

Plus there just as many idiots that are my age on live as there are youngsters.
