    "Download Again" opens then immediately closes - Borderlands


    I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, as I normally seek support via telephone. I have tried everything and I can't figure this one out. I had purchased Borderlands as an "on demand" game quite some time ago, and I have transfered all my licenses to
    my current console as of today, and when I go to "Download Again" Borderlands, the window opens up to show "cancel" and nothing more for about 2 seconds, then the window closes again. I have cleared the system cache and the marketplace cache as suggested ,
    but no cigar. I am also wired directly to my modem. It seems like everything works fine except re-downloading a previously purchased game on demand. Previously purchased arcade games work though. I would appreciate any help on this issue. Thanks

    There is a game in my download history that when I click on it pops up but then immediately closes down again I don't know why?

    My Tray keeps opening.

    the tray stay open most of the time, and when pressing the eject it closes then open immediately, it keep saying 'opening' all the time, exept when pressing the eject, then it says 'closing' and then again 'opening'.

    it doesnt say 'open tray'...

    and when i turn off the xbox the tray opens, and stay open, not closing.

    some extra info -

    the tray stay open most of the time, and when pressing the eject it closes then open immediately, it keep saying 'opening' all the time, exept when pressing the eject, then it says 'closing' and then again 'opening'.

    it doesnt say 'open tray'...

    and when i turn off the xbox the tray opens, and stay open, not closing even after 10 minutes

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC?

    If you're on a PC, kindly clear the cache by following the steps below:

    On your search bar type "wsreset" or "wsreset.exe" > right-click and run as administrator > it may take a couple of minutes but please wait for the Microsoft Store to launch > Restart your PC and try to launch the app normally.

    If you're on Xbox, perform a powercycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Hello

    is there any chance that your xbox app or microsoft store needs an update ?

    to check open your microsoft store app and click the more icon in the top right ( looks like this ....) then click downloads and updates then click get updates

    and update the apps if needed , this happened to me before and this fixed it. Hope it helps

    When you try opening it immediately closes?
    Is the Bedrock edition, right? Or Java?
