I bought the xbox fortnite bundle. It says that it comes with the complete gane as well as a character and V-bucks. I put the code in and it downloaded the game automatically. When we opened it up we got the character and the V bucks but could not access
the “save the world” campain mode. I dont understand. So ive checked theough the games and the updates and still cannot access the gane mode. I can play the free version but not the save the world which is why i bought this bundle to begin with. Any help?

Where in the box? We have looked at every single piece of paper it came with. Sorry - it's just very frustrating

There will be a code for the game in the box the console came in. You would need to redeem the code in order to download the game.

There may be a sleeve that has codes for trials of gold and game pass and it may be in the same sleeve as that. Otherwise, make sure to check every flap of the box.
