    So i download dying light the following of the xbox one store and went to go play it and it's not in my games and then went to buy it again and it say I have it and it is installed but I can't find it anywhere please help

    Won't let me play games

    I try and sign in and it prompts me to send feedback. I hit cancel and it goes back to home but doesn't let me log in. I hit send feedback and it wants me to install and app to send feedback but won't load the page. Super frustrating!

    Hi! You should be able to locate it by going to the My Games and Apps tab on your console. Then slide all the way to the right to access your download history. It should be located there.

    Yeah I looked there it's not there but when I look up the dying light it say it has been installed but when I click on it I does nothing

    Did you purchase Dying Light: The Following (which is just an expansion for Dying Light) or did you actually purchase Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition (which is Dying Light and the Expansion)? It kinda sounds like you have just purchased the
    expansion and would still need to purchase the main game.

    Hey there Hammer!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't yet, start by
    power cycling     your console. This can often cause a lot of quirks that may pop up to go away. The next thing you'll want to check is to make sure that your console is fully updated. You can check by going to
    Settings then scrolling down to System and over to
    Updates. If your console has an update pending, you'll want to go ahead and download and install it.

    If it's totally updated, I would recommend going over to Console info and

    factory resetting     the console. You can keep any games and apps when you do this so start with that.

    Hopefully one of those does the trick but if not, post back and let us know when you're running into this issue in particular. Good luck!
