Downlaoded games, and selling my console

So as you can guess, I have an xbox one, with 5 downlaoded games and I want to sell the console. I will remove my accounts from the xbox, but will the person i sell the box to be able to use those games, or is that money gone in the wind that i cant charge
em for?

My console keeps freezing!?

My console keeps freezing whenever I open youtube or any newly downlaoded apps. Sometimes in games too!?

TO close it I just press the power button and it shuts off normally. It happens once in a while. What can I do?

 

Xbox quests wont register the downloaded games

i downloaded my 2 free games and played fortnite and logged in, but the only thing left is the games. Ive already downlaoded the two games yet it still shows 0%?

 

The legit way to answer your question would be - only if you pass your account on with the console.

He wont be able to use your downloaded games, unless the console it still set as your "home console" but that would be a breach on the policy you accepted when you bought the games, as you are only allowed to share them within your household.
