downgraded from xbox preview lost a game

hi, i lost trackmania after downgrading from the preview program. it now says i either put the disc in or buy it again. bought the game on july 10. xbox support says im still in the program. but i got a 3.5gb update the other day that reset my xbox and turned
my software to the previous one.

what to do. the chat couldnt help.

Lost preview dashboard app

I downgraded from the windows 10 dashboard because it ruined my connection, my connection works now however although i should still be in the preview program i no longer have the preview dashboard app, can i get it back?

 

Minecraft downgraded after update

Hi,

I have a question about my minecraft game. I did an " update " for Minecraft, but once it got downloaded my setting was downgraded. I lost everthing achieved on the game. We do not have Xbox Live. Is there a way to restore it back to my previous setting?

Any game purchased in the preview program will only work on a preview program console. Once you receive the public update (which should be any day now), you will have access to the game again.

 

thanks, for the reply! I have the public update. thats the 3.5 gb update i mentioned that removed the new my games section. but as xbox support said on chat im still registred on the program, but this is some database at MS. my console havent got the preview
software anymore. but i guess i can wait a couple days more.

Please try and carry out a manual software update to your console as the latest dashboard has now been released to everyone.

 

What Smwutches and gds1972 are saying is correct. The current Preview software is now final and is being rolled out to people in waves starting today. Once you have downloaded the now current public version your game SHOULD work again.
