    Hi, I have Xbox carbon black controller, it’s new and never used before. I’m trying to connect it with Bluetooth to my pc cuz I don’t have Xbox console. I can only connect it with usb cable. I would like to downgrade the firmware version from the pc. Is there any possibility to fix it? Regards

    It doesn’t allow me to downgrade on my controller, it’s a series X one which came with the console but it lets me downgrade some of my old ones from Xbox 1.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to downgrade an Xbox controller's firmware version from a PC. Firmware updates can only be installed through an Xbox console or a Windows 10 PC with the Xbox Accessories app. If your controller is not connecting to your PC via Bluetooth, you may need to update your PC's Bluetooth drivers or use a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with the controller. Alternatively, you can continue to use the controller with a USB cable.

    Oh, no. I mean on your Xbox Console, to try downgrading the firmware.

    If that doesn't work, could you tell me if this is happening with that specific controller?
    Are you able to test another controller?
