just down loaded the update for my kid now when she plays it she can't move her head. she can only move forwards and backwards. anyone know why

First thing to do would be to reset to default on the in-game options screen.

I had to go into the options and set the control sensitivity again which fixed it

i cant play sherlock holmes keep loading and loading i cant play it even fifa 14 i want to update it giving me arrow down icon indicating loading or updating wont play until they fix this

Console takes many hours no matter what kind of down load is happening . even updates take a minimum of 2 hours. obviously there's a problem when my xbox360 does same types of down loads in like 15 mins
