Dowloaded fifa15 but couldn't play..region code incorrect... I downloaded via fifa 15 ...

I download first Fifa15 Demo...then i choose from the menu to buy it..so i paid by visa and download the full game...but when i wanted to play i received th message... Region code incorrect... How can i refund my money???i'm from Egypt...our region code
is pal....so how you can accept the money....download... Please help me to receive the right game with the right region code or to get back my money..

I got fifa15 demo game and after tray the game I like it and bought full game through the demo from Xbox market place by usd 65.00 , after download finish when click to playing show me the above message .

I want Fix the Issue or refund my money to my Xbox ID .

Did you buy a NTSC console or a pal console?

Also since Egypt is not an Xbox live region which region did you pick

If you bought a ntsc console and have a europe account like UK that won't work

Or if you have a pal console and have a us account that wont work either

Specially if you are queuing from the website

There is no way to download the correct regionql code till all three matches

You will have to call support in the region of your account
