Dowload problem

Following my synchronization problem:
https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/6adde3c1-24f2-45f4-82e2-75f2a65700b7, I tried to reinstall GTAV but when I start the download, nothing happens Product, during installation, download Stops, I resume the installation then later it stops again and so
on. I hope you understand my problem and thank you for helping me and sorry for the bad translation.

can't dowload KOTOR2

Thanks, ive tried the things you've said but i will not solve te problem.

the dowload will stop at 80%. with the message can't dowload kotor2. My console is a xbox360

 

Dowload purchase problem

For Sega titles, try this:

--- It's a known problem on the Sega titles. At least, the older ones. If you don't want to (or can't - maybe you already did it in the past year) transfer the license, you can do the following:

1) Launch the game (using the account which purchased the game).

2) From the in-game menu, choose "unlock full game" (might be slightly different wording).

3) That should bring up a box from the marketplace.

4) It should know that you bought it, and ask if you just want to re-download.

5) Choose "yes".

6) After a few seconds, it should give you a "download complete" - all it did was get a new "key."

7) I think you choose "continue" at that point. In any case, all you want to do is get out of the blue Marketplace box. You do NOT want to exit the entire game.

8) Once you're back at the game's menu, it should allow you to play the full game.

Unfortunately, you have to do that trick *every time* you want to play.

(You can also try to transfer the licenses at
http://www.xbox.com/drm - this is something you need to do when a console is replaces. That will fix the problem completely. Until you change consoles again.)

Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
• NAT Type

Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

• Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
  
• After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
  
• Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

-Latency: 4404 ms

-Packet Loss %: 0%

-Wireless Strenght (if applicable)

-MTU (in french): 1480

The latency is very very high and could be causing the syncing problem. Are you using a wireless or wired connection? If wireless, please try a wired connection and see if it helps.

I tried the wired connection but it did unfortunately work, can this problem come from the disk?

 

Not likely, Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the console to see if that helps.

It did not work,

This game has worked on another console. Moreover I bought a new game in disk and it know installed without problem.

 

Oh good, are you still seeing the syncing problem as well, or did that go away? Are you able to play the game now after replacing the disc?
