Doubting but hopeful

Any chance of ever being able to use my wireless wheel from the 360? Just saw that Xbox one controllers will work on a pc and was wondering if some kind of update could make this possible.

Highly doubting that this will ever release on GoD due to the Reach Multiplayer portion of the game.

Can remain hopeful though.

Considering the fact they are making new wheels for the One I doubt it would ever be possible.

 

I'm hoping too. My stand and wireless racing wheel are sitting in my garage collecting dust! But, like Fyerball said, I too doubt they will.

 

Figured as much. Not looking to spend a lot of money on a wheel and not really aware of whats available for the XB1 other than the thrustmaster ferrari wheel. Had a mad catz wheel a long time ago on the dreamcast. It was cool to have the foot pedals and
shifter but the wireless wheel was much easier to pick up and play. Heck, I'd even pay a few bucks to download a patch or whatever to make it possible.

 

There are currently two wheels available for the Xbox One from Thrustmaster:

I can understand not wanting to spend a lot of money on a new setup. The TX is expensive (currently $350 on Amazon) but it's the best wheel I've played with. I actually just setup my old Fanatec CSR on Xbox 360 with FM4 the other night and wow did it feel
poor compared to the TX. The TX's feedback is MUCH stronger than the Fanatec and it's smooth as silk. I've played on Logitech G25 and G27 and they always felt "bumpy" to me. The Thrustmaster is strong and smooth and is the best wheel I've ever used.

It was amazing to run the P1 on Nurburgring last night using the TX. I highly recommend it if you're in the market for a wheel.

 

Wow. Racing wheels have come a long way. Impressive. Would love to get one of those someday. I was actually thinking of something a bit more casual like the hand held wheel with triggers that came out a few years back for the 360. Something like that could
hold me over till I have the extra cash to spend on something so serious.

$350 for the Thrustmaster and $400 for the Madcatz?! Hahahaha I always just used the $100 Microsoft Wireless Racing Wheel.

I won't be dropping that kind of money on a wheel as I'm just not into racing games like I once was. When we have a reasonable offer for under $150, maybe I'll bite. My "man cash" for various things gets diverted to other stuff. Like tricking out my AR some
more and buying a new 1911 or, some more stuff for my home gym. Maybe a new pair of boots for this winters hunting season, etc...
