Double xbox account in one microsoft account ??

I just got locked out of my main xbox profile, because I logged into my "microsoft account" and got this randomly generated xbox profile on it, even though I already had an xbox profile with the same email address on my old xbox360 console.
I do not have access to that console anymore, but I'm 100% certain that I used this email adress to login to my xbox profile.
How do I get my old profile back ??

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Are you not able to see your old profile in the "Xbox Profile" listing? Your old account is still linked to a "Microsoft Account" which you would need to remember the email address for that account or find it in the profile listing. We recommend checking your browser history or Xbox mobile to see if you can find the old email.

Usually it's not possible to have two Xbox accounts on the same Microsoft Account email.

However, you can try the following:

Go to
https://commerce.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account email. There review your purchase history for that Microsoft Account email.

Since purchases are made on the Microsoft Account (and not the Xbox Account itself), you should see your past purchases on that Microsoft Account.

If you don't see any purchases, it's pretty certain, that you accidentally used a different Microsoft Account email by accident, as the purchase history on that page contains tax relevant information about your purchases.

If all of a sudden tax relevant purchases went missing from that page, you could be sure that federal tax agents were taking Microsoft apart to find these purchases.

So please check again if it's not possible that you used two different emails for your Microsoft Accounts, and made the game purchases on a different Microsoft Account.

If you still have your Microsoft Account on your Xbox console, you can try to use these

instructions to find your proper Microsoft Account.

As above, you should contact Xbox Support for help. It is not possible to have 2 accounts on the same email so if a new account was created it would mean the account you are looking for was not on that email. Perhaps you were mistaken with what email address
you used.
