I can understand the first punishment that blocked me live groups and messages, since I certainly sent messages to irritating players in their ways of playing, but 3 days after receiving as punishment the impossibility to play online no, I can not accept
it. What is the point of paying a service if you can not even use the basic thing or online gaming? For almost a year I've been trying to qualify for the FIFA Weekend League 17 and now that I'm qualified you block me? Do not block messages permanently rather
but give me the online

The entire system is a sham. Punishing someone without providing exact reason as to why he/she was punished is unjust. After having spoken to several reps over the phone, even they admitted that the "Enforcement" team is like The Wizard of Oz. No one
knows who they are, where they are, or how to reach them. It's like standing before an invisible judge and jury, but the executioner has already raised his axe above your head.

I hope folks begin to take legal action against Microsoft for such a fraudulent method of punishment.

Microhard is already dead LAST in console sales, behind both Nintendo and Sony. Maybe this faulty system of theirs is only pushing people away, too. Idiots.

The punishment is a gamerscore reset,there is no need for a large yellow banner on their profile to embarrass them further.

Maybe you should message microsoft and tell them to stop trying to be clever too.

Nobody should be punished for their Internet speeds - it's their ISPs that should be punished.

Double, comments can be used to add greater detail. For example, if I say someone is cheating or quitting early in [insert game here], then the enforcement team will know to look at that player when he's playing that game.
