Double suspension

Discus and support Double suspension in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was told to post here since I got the automated response on the Enforcement page.     Double suspension


    I was told to post here since I got the automated response on the Enforcement page. I had received a chat suspension of Nov 4th (Thanks New COD) for 14 days. Im ok with that.. but what I am not ok with is getting a 14 day everything ban.. cant play any games
    or anything, for apparently "This account engaged in harassment, abuse, or threats towards other players. This activity may include written or verbal abuse, griefing or trolling, threats, extortion". Now, how is that even possible when I was already suspended
    from chat/messages from the week before? Even the support agent (Cedrick C) says that that is not right and should not have happened. I had tried to appeal it, but then got the same copy paste automated response on my appeal as well. Now I am being told to
    post here and get it sorted out here. Here is a picture of the response from the agent that told me to post here.

    Open letter to the Enforcement Team.

    NOT TO MENTION THE DOUBLE STANDARD.. I GET A 2 WEEK SUSPENSION YET I READ THAT OTHER PLAYERS ONLY GET A 24 HOUR SUSPENSION

    You'll want to double check http;//enforcement.xbox.com to see if it shows a new suspension. If not, contact support to see if they still show an active suspension (they won't have information regarding the suspension though). 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in

    Already did that, and got the same copy paste automated ****. Every interaction that I need to have with Microsoft makes me regret being a loyal fan for the past 15 years. Why did the Microsoft support agent tell me to come here and post here then? You all
    seriously need to get your **** together for real....

    Hi, enforcement actions not always are issued based on your latest activity.

    Probably were something that you did the last week (just to give you an example)

    Yes, again something like this should be allowed to be challenged, because this person can continue to use this against me over and over again like they're doing now, the same strike 2 different times one of which I already got penalized for, now I'm being penalized for the same comment a month later, when I haven't been on XBOX since Monday let alone Nov 3rd. I should be allowed to challenge this, I can't review this because of the time frame of the suspension, in fact I blocked this person on Oct 23 so why is this able to continue to keep happening I have the screen shots on the different dates and they are identical what's going on?

    Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

    The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

    PS: Please note that if the suspension last 48 hours or less, is not possible to appeal because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your submission
