Double SPECACT Bundle

Hi there!

I downloaded Battlefield Bad Company 2 on 5.10.2014. After that i purchased the SPECACT Upgrade Bundle. Then after checking my storage there was no SPECACT Upgrade Bundle but a yellow coloured symbol (like an error or something like that). So i "re-downloaded"
the SPECACT Upgrade Bundle. Later i found out that i got a Title Update - fitting to the size of the yellow error symbol in my BFBC2 downloads. And i had the SPECACT Upgrade Bundle. So everything´s fine, right? Unfortunately not, because i payed bothe times
for the SPECACT Upgrade Bundle and i also got two e-mails for buying the SPECACT Upgrade Bundle.

Is there anything i can do about that and/or what can i do to not do the same mistake again while buying stuff from the Xbox Games Store?

SPECACT progress still blank.

You can, apparently, get the stars for them if you pick one of the weapons up off the ground as well. My mate hasn't bought the bundle or any of the SPECACT DLC but apparently he got a bronze star with one of the weapons and it gave him the points.

 

Battlefield 3 Dog Tag Bundle

Its doing this for everyone it seems like. Its all over the Best Buy fourms.... and it did it for me as well. email says SPECACT KIT, when redeemded says You have successfully redeemed a code for:

Battlefield 3 Dog Tag Bundle. And this is what actually downloads as well...

Thanks for the suggestion. Hopefully i find time to do that on Saturday before the support closes.

 

It shurely wasn´t xour intention, but the number you mentioned is for a special emergency call and has nothing to do with Microsoft or Xbox.

I also tried an older number i have for 360 support but it seems to be dead (or me calling to late, it´s now 15 min after 6pm).

Any other suggestions?

 

That is the number for Xbox in North America. Perhaps you live in a different country. Which country do you live in?

 

Yeah sorry i should have checked that by myself before calling but i was in a hurry.
