Double purchase when it said that it could not complete the purchase

What kind of card is it, Credit Card or prepaid Credit Card? Some prepaid cards cannot be used on the marketplace. You could head to your nearest store and purchase a currency card to add to your account in order to purchase the game.

Well DLC is apart of the game and so are the achievements. Most players who purchase a game and like it will most likely purchase the DLC and complete it as well. It has always been this way. If you would like to complete it fully, you could always purchase
said DLC.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble purchasing. How long have you been trying to purchase the Robux?

Please try to reset your Microsoft Store. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK. After resetting, please sign out your Microsoft account from the MS Store app then sign back in. Please launch Roblox then check if you still get the same error when purchasing Robux in-game.

what happened? when you own season passes of any Kind purchasing via ingame menu is correct

refund possible? give it a try and contact xbox Support on phone, though in General it is all purchases are final i think double purchases could be an exception, right?
