    Hi.

    Yesterday I purchased a package of 11 'forzieri' (treasure chests), and I faced a Xbox chrash. Apparently, the purchase did not complete, so after a while I made a new, succesful attempt.

    But later on I noticed that BOTH transactions completed properly, as I got 2 pachages, 22 chests in total, and I've been billed twice 9.99€ (19.98€ total).

    Now, not really a problem, but, as the 20€ package is 24 chests, I would really appreciate if Microsoft would be so kind to send me 2 extra chests...

    It wouldn't be possible for Microsoft to send you chests, instead, you should try contacting Blizzard for help.

    Otherwise, if you have not opened your boxes yet, you can request for a refund and then buy the 20€ package.

    You will have to contact Official Xbox Support here-
    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us     and then explain the situation for a refund.
