    hi so I recently got a Xbox from my friend and when I went to buy some games for it it came with a little two-day a prepaid car. after I put in the card it gave me an automatic gamertag but I didn't like it so I went to go change the gamertag and now I
    have two of the same account but some of the games from one account did not transfer over and at the same token it will not let me log into the original account to move my games are at least load the account it just denies me entryinto my account...does anyone
    know how to fix this or what to do?

    Email/Password request - Error Code: 80151011

    Delete profile, double cache clear and download profile did the trick. Thanks all!

    Dashboard horrendous since update

    I remember a bug, I don't know if here or my wrestling forum, but one of the two, peoples profile would look like some werid profile, and it would happen to everyone every so often. Not sure if a mod having fun, or some bug, but you'd login and it'd be like your in someone elses profile, and it was some kind of dummy default account thing.

    Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. If you have access to both accounts, then you can do a "shuffle" of the account email alias to free it up for use on your other account. You can find the instructions on how to make the changes in our support
    article entitled How to change the email address associated with your Microsoft account that will detail on how
    to make changes to the email alias used for sign in.
