    Hi,

    On september 21, 2017 i was billed twice 3,99 euros for an EA ACCES subscription of one month on the same account.

    How do i get a refund of one of the two levies?

    because you cancelled your subscription you can't play EA games that you downloaded from EA acces in order to play those games you need to buy or renew the EA acces subscription

    Hi, to play battlefield 1 multiplayer, you do need a gold subscription. To play single player, you do not need a gold subscription.

    If you purchase the game, then you do not need an EA Access subscription.
