    Double Download and payment?

    You can check for a double payment at
    https://billing.microsoft.com     and if you notice a double charge you will need to call support.

    I have been billed twice. How I do get a refund?

    contact Support, when they see a double payment they should process a refund

    Does any one know what to do when it says on Xbox one it can’t process a payment??

    They may not be enough money on the payment you are using please double check the rquired money is on the payment method.
