    Hello,

    Why did I have 2 paiement for the same service ?

    One paiement the 03 june for Gold and One the 04 june for Xbox Live Gold, this is not the same service ?

    Double Xbox Live Gold Paiement

    Hello ,

    I pay an Xbox Live Gold subscription every month (the 26 exactly) at 6,99 euros. However , I also pay the same price every 15 of the month with the title "MICROSOFT XB" but I got only one account. I would like to cancel those subscriptions . Thank You

    If you head over to account.microsoft.com, is all of your banking information showing correctly? Be sure the region of your account matches your physical locale as well.

    If everything is showing correctly, let's get you in contact with
    Phone/Chat support     who should be able to help out with billing issues like this.

    Hi! I also renewed my xbox. But on my console, when I try new games or deals, keep asking me to be a GOLD. Looks like my console does not know I am GOLD.... I do not know WHY.
