Double monthly payment

hi,

I’m wondering why I’m constantly getting two monthly payments for xbox live a month? I have probably paid over $100 extra since its started. Is anyone else having the same issue?

https://support.xbox.com/ support will sort it out straight away had the same problem last year

Hi as stated tou really need to take a look at that billing history as it will give exact details for what the charges are for. You will need to contact Customer Support to
discuss any issue though. They are the only people with access to your account.

I've never had an issue with double payment with Microsoft. You can contact billing to see if there is an issue with your account. You could also cancel the auto renew and use prepaid codes to keep your Live account active if you can't find another solution.

I just paid $20ish for a live renewal and i need to pay another $10.95 all going well in less than two weeks. That wont help me.
