Double Jeopardy suspension????

My account was suspended 10-23-22 because a nut was running around on the game kill us his teammates unprovoked I asked him in a message why he was doing this in a not so nice way, I blocked him and he reported my message, my account was suspended for 2 days, I get an alert this morning that my account is again being suspended but this is the kicker it's because of the exact same issue that got my account suspended 10-23-22 more importantly I never turned my XBOX on yesterday, they've given me another 2 day suspension, when I tried to challenge this mistake on XBOX's part, there is no number or contact that handles this kind of issue, this should never be the case, my day's lost need to be put back on my membership ASAP and my account unlocked. I'm trying to upload a screen shot of the two separate suspension dates, I already served the penalty for the now deleted post it was deleted by XBOX 10-23-22.

Hi, enforcement actions not always are issued based on your latest activity.

Probably were something that you did the last week (just to give you an example)

Yes, again something like this should be allowed to be challenged, because this person can continue to use this against me over and over again like they're doing now, the same strike 2 different times one of which I already got penalized for, now I'm being penalized for the same comment a month later, when I haven't been on XBOX since Monday let alone Nov 3rd. I should be allowed to challenge this, I can't review this because of the time frame of the suspension, in fact I blocked this person on Oct 23 so why is this able to continue to keep happening I have the screen shots on the different dates and they are identical what's going on?

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

PS: Please note that if the suspension last 48 hours or less, is not possible to appeal because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your submission

I understand that you're frustrated, but one of the reasons why we are not able to reach directly the enforcement team outside the appealing system is because probably most of the players are going to harass and insult them.

Well this is ridiculous because there should something that can be done about time lost with this issue, stuff like this is unacceptable I didn't even turn my XBOX on Nov 3rd, this should be an apology and reimbursement, a mistake like this should never happen.
