    Double Gold Membership


    I bought an XBOX one in november, and activated the 1 month trial. During the month of november I bought the 12 months code and activated over the 1 month trial.

    With this I was unable to cancel de trial subscrition, and today MS takes 6,90euros from my account of the trial renoval which I can't cancel the substriction because there is no option for that. I am only able to cancel my 12 months sub.

    How to solve this problem and have my money back?

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    Does it also double as xbox gold, and when I do get the notification, will it be like gold membership expiring where on the dashboard it gives me options to buy certain memberships? Asking because I have GPU and am worried about that
