    my old gamer tag COWBELL SLC is from my 360 days. The email associated with it is not longer accessible. To get playing on my 1 I created a new gamer tag of . Is there a way to merge the two or update my email on the old one and delete the new
    gamer tag?

    There isn't a way to merge the accounts, but you can change the email address on the account, provided you know all of the account information.

    This guide     will show you how to do that.

    Lost gamer points due to sold console that shop never cleared

    Sorry when I say the same account I mean the exact same Gamer Tag.

    So in the same game lobby in Call of Duty WWII I played on the same team.

    I took a screenshot of the game lobby to prove it.

    I have double checked it over and over.

    And if I look up my gamer tag it is showing my old avatar and not my new one. And it had the majority of my gamer points 12,303.

    On my new console my gamer tag shows 300 odd gamer points.

    im confused

    no one else can have the same gamer tag as you so there is no way for them to have suspended someone else with the same gamer tag.

    you may want to double check the email address that is associated with your gamer tag that is the email address that they would have sent the email to.

    if you are on a xbox one you can check what email is associated with your account by signing into the account and going to settings and under the account tab and go to sign in security and passkey and it will tell you there what email is associated with
    that particular gamertag.
