Double Error codes

So, I've been trying to play (Disney Infinity 2.0) the past week with my son (using my wife's Xbox Gold account and I'm on my Gold account) and every time I log in for him with the 2nd account, I get 2 error code messages.

- 80072ef3

then after doing the verification (on both accounts) and going through the 'clear system cache', logging into the 2nd account on it's own on my 360 console as well as on a Surface and going to Xbox.com...I get this error code

- 8015D002

I have changed the password on the 2nd account and still am not getting past the error codes.

I've deleted and re-downloaded BOTH profiles, and still not resolution

I've called Xbox Support, all I've gotten was a few people to talk to, try to help me walk through this, but no one can come up with an answer or a solution.

I've seen a few of these other issues on here, but they are all locked and since this is still an issue from what I've seen (and since mine has not been resolved) I wanted to try and get an answer for myself and the others that are still waiting.

I am an Xbox Ambassador and have looked a lot of posts on this, but haven't found a solution. I'm wondering if it is because I have both accounts under my name, but different email addresses (Xbox Support wasn't able to answer this issue).

Any help would be greatly appreciated by me and my 5 year old.

Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

The 8015D002 is a Two-Step verification issue...

I'm going to take a guess that you may have activated it... Go into your account and see if it's turned on and try turning it off... Go to Microsoft.comerce.com Sign in and then go to Security and Privacy. Then choose Change Password and More... When
you click on that link... You should see if Two-Step is turned on... If so, try turning it off and see if that helps...

I didn't have the two-step set up initially, then it was asking me to do that...so I set it up on my main account, and then I couldn't even sign in with MY account after that...kept generating codes and getting a new error (wasn't helpful at all!!)

So, I turned off the two-step and now can at least get my account to function again...

 

But...the 2nd account is still not working.

For the 80072EF3 error you are getting, have you taken a peak to see if you have any corrupted content in your storage location? Solution #2 support.xbox.com/.../error-code-80072ef3.

 

Yup...looked every day so far.

Cleared the cache, deleted both profiles.

Re-downloaded them...and still error central.
