Double dragon neon xb1

hi i'm trying to start a game in local coop on my xbox one for double dragon neon but it doesn't work it asks me to download a profile but there is only one selectable and that one is already in use by he first controller how am i suppose to play with a
second controller?

also if i try to download a profile it says not connected do you want to go to internet settings if you press yes it takes you to the xb1 network settings so it is impossible to start a game with 2 players i have multiple accounts on my xb1 but i didn't
have that on my 360 so is this mpossible now? cos i really want the coop achievements.

if anyone has a solution or anwser that would be great.

I played the trial and it didn't really grab me as I thought it would. I still play the original every so often and I will continue to do that.

Hey Vampire1476! Are you able to sign two profiles in before starting co-op? You can try by opening the Xbox 360 guide by pressing the View and Menu buttons together. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
