Discus and support double charged me. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i was double charged for the month of June. This made me want to cancel my subscription.     i was double charged for the month of June. This made me want to cancel my subscription. I cancelled it, and it was turned off right away. But microsoft kept the money. I figured i had a missed payment somewhere. As i looked threw my bank statements i notice
    there has been a charge every month. Not one missed as far back as it would show me. So why the double charge, and no refund?

    Did you purchase something like in game currency you could have accidentally pressed multiple times? Also check http://account.microsoft.com and see if the transaction is listed twice there on your account.
